Starting January 1, 2007, U.S. citizens must carry a valid passport to reenter the United States so bring your passport!
Canadian citizens must have proof of citizenship, either a passport (not expired beyond one year) or an original birth certificate (with a raised seal) or a naturalization certificate along with a government-issue photo ID.
